Approximately every two weeks you’ll change aligners, with little interference to your life! You’ll spend less time in the dental chair and more time enjoying your nearly invisible approach to a more beautiful smile.
While it’s best to wear aligners for at least 20 hours, you can take them off when eating, drinking, brushing, or flossing your teeth.
